I understand it may be daunting to begin therapy. I offer a complimentary fifteen-minute introductory call (initial consultation) where we can have a chat, and you can ask me any questions, you may have. This is also an opportunity for us to decide whether we can work together. If after our conversation, we feel that we are not a good fit, I would be happy to offer recommendations.

Location

My practice is based in Braintree, Essex. It is a safe, calm and welcoming space which is easily accessible from Halstead, Sudbury, Coggeshall, Chelmsford, Colchester, Dunmow and other nearby places. There is free onsite parking available. If you are coming by train, there is a walk of approximately 10 mins from the mainline station. 

I also practice from a peaceful and comfortable space within a historical building in Central Colchester.
