Loss and Bereavement

When we have a loss, we experience a range of emotions. We might feel sadness, shock, anger, disbelief and a sense of numbness. These feelings might go away briefly and resurface again while we process our grief. The way we process these feelings are very individual. Some people choose to seek counselling to express their feelings of grief in a confidential space as these feelings can be overwhelming, especially when they have not got enough impartial support.
